I have sinus problems and do use the saline rinse. It helps - but I dont feel like Im ever reallyclear of an infection. I have heard you can add peroxide or betadine to help or is there anythingelse. I also have one ear that always itches on a daily basis. I have tried sweet oil - almond oil -alcohol and peroxide. Always seems to return.

We do not provide any recommendations on additions to our Sinus Rinse products. However, your doctor may have some recommendations on additions they feel would be helpful. You may try the Clear Canal Ear Wax Removal Kit which is for removing excess ear wax. At times, excess ear ways can cause itching in the ear. If this is not the cause, I do not have any other recommendations.
