I have pain under my eyes and my left ear is glogged. Sometimes i can hear a thumping noise in my ear. My Dr. said my sinus is and ear is glogged. I have an appt with an ENT. Should i try the neti-pot? My Dr said it would be a good idea.

I suggest that you wait till doctor examines you. I am saying this in view of your ear symptoms.
