I have just started using the Sinus Rinse. Who knew my face had room for so much crap?!! However - it seems that just as things get really productive - the 8 oz is gone. Can I use 16 oz at a time to get this under control more quickly?

Yes, you can use 16 Oz. Please be patient, as it does take few days to clear up. Inflammation has to get better. Also, if symptoms continue, seek a medical attention.
