I have had sinus problems on and off for a few years. In winter and spring especially - I get a cold then end up with a blocked congested sinuses that goes on for a long time. I often get sinusitisand facial pain due to the congestion. Would you recommend the nasal rinse or the neti pot. I also get post nasal drop resulting in a sore throat.

In addition to all the treatment advised by our doctor, i suggest that you use NeiLMed squeeze bottle system under the brand Sinus Rinse on a twice a day to once a day at minimum. Most likely you will see the difference. Please let me know.
