I have had a cold for 2 weeks and my sinuses and head have been very painful for about a week. I have been using your nasal rinsing - but is this pain ever going to end.This cold doesnt seem to end

The sinus rinsing should be helping relieve congestion and pain, but you may want to consult your physician to make sure you do not have a sinus infection.
