I have had a case of sinusitis and cough for over three weeks. Dr at emergency thought it was a virus. When irrigating it feels like like I could use much more volume than 240ml. I have even done three squeeze bottles per side at one session. Do you have a sqeeze bottle that is much larger than 240ml? Possibly 1liter?
