I have been using the Sinus Rinse for approx. 1 year. A few weeks ago I had the experience of having the solution go up into the ear. It then feels like I have water in my ear like when finished swimming. Why does this happen?

You may have had your head in the wrong position during rinsing. Please make sure you keep your head tilted forward with your nose aiming for the center of the sink and your forehead parallel with the countertop. After rinsing, blow your nose very gently, without pinching it completely, to avoid putting pressure on your ears.
