I have been using a Netipot for years – but got irritation on the right side of my nose. My ENT said it was because I am right handed & was directing

I have been using a Netipot for years - but got irritation on the right side of my nose. My ENT said it was because I am right handed & was directing the pot too much to the inside of my nose. So I just bought a NeilMed SinuFlo Ready Rinse. Am I supposed to use the full 8 oz. each time? That seems like a lot more liquid than what I used with my Netipot.
