I have been using a neti pot for several years with amazing results. I have a home in Italy and travel there several times a year. I experience extreme difficulty finding distilled water there. Can you assist me and advise what I can buy in Italy to use in my neti pot and where I can buy it. I wont carry distilled water with me.

Just buy a god quality drinking bottle water and it will be fine. You can also boil the water and store it.
