I have been rinsing my sinuses for 4 months. We are going to Brazil this summer to do volunteer work in a remote region. How should I prepare the water (I do not know if I will have kitchen access)? Are there filters or other sterilization procedu

We recommend using boiled water when you have no access to distilled water as this removes all bacteria from the water. You can store it in a clean container. Discard any unused previously boiled water after three days. If you have access to purified bottled water, this should be safe to use as well.
