I have been prescribed budesonide respules to add to sinus rinse to treat inflammation after fess surgery I had seven weeks ago. Could this be causing dry nose?

Please make sure to speak to your doctor. You can try NeilMed NasoGel, if your doctor says that it is OKAY to use it. Budesonide reduces the undesirable inflammation so it may not cause the dryness by itself. After surgery lot of diseas process may improve and you may make less mucus and you may feel dry. There are so many variations and please call your doctor.
