I have been fighting with my sinus for years and I am really frustrated with it. I have used so many products and I would like to know if surgery is a viable option? Would I have issues with my sinus after surgery?

A very good question. Rarely, there is a permanent cure for chronic sinus disease of many years. If you definitely need surgery, it will help you afterwards in terms of number of infections per year, daily congestion, mucus clearance, etc., but there is no guarantee for the outcome. Please have at least two reputable sinus surgeons agree on the procedure so that you are not disappointed. It is likely that both surgeons will take slightly different approaches and comments, but they should have generally similar treatment plans.
