I had sinus surgery late 2012 and once before this 2 years prior. When I had my first procedure everything was ok but as time went on my taste and smell diminished to nil. This is now happening again but today after using your product I do have some sense of taste back. Would it improve further with more frequent irrigation and a stronger solution
