I had sinus surgery 3 months ago - and i have been using the sinus rinse twice a day... I still have this dark yellow junk coming out when rinsing and blowing my nose... could this be a sign I still have sinus infection?

If the mucus is not clear, it could be an infection. Please consult with your physician about this.
