I had FESS and deviated septum surgery nearly a week ago. I had severe bleeding afterwards - although that stopped within 24 hours. My nose was packed with dissolvable packs which have now gone. I have been using Sterimar which has helped but have needed to use a lot. Would it be ok to use the netipot and sinuse rinse now?
