I explained to the chemist when I bought NeilMed Sinus Rinse today that I had gone very deaf with this infection I have and he said it was ok to use. After reading the instructions it advises not to be used if the ears are blocked. I had an infection in February and went deaf - inhaling with Olbas Oil several times a day brought my hearing back. Antibiotis didnt work. I have inhaled this time but I remain quite deaf. Do you think it is safe to try the Sinus Rinse or should I consult my doctor first?

We do not recommend rinsing if the ears are blocked. I would consult with your doctor and follow his advice.
