I cannot seem to get a flow of rinse from my nostril unless I open my mouth and hold my breath I do have a deviated septum - is this why? I know your video says not to hold your breath any suggestions Pat rowe

Please do not hold your breath. If you want to hold breath, please make sure that your mouth is open for sure or you may experience lot of pain. Perhaps you are not squeezing sufficiently to fill up the nasal cavity and that is the reason saline is not flowing from the other nostril.
