I am on a low salt diet. Im wondering how much salt might be absorbed into my body – if any – from the saline rinse that I use daily. Thanks.

It is safe to use NeilMed rinse if you have high blood pressure. I am addressing this in reference to the Sodium Intake per day. The amount of sodium that may be retained after the rinse will be less than 1/2 slice of a bread. The retention after the rinse is 2 to 4% of the solution.
