I am a Scuba Diving instructor - and dive everyday. For the first time in my life - I am struggling to equalize my left ear on some dives. I seem to have a little sinus blockage in the mornings - though I am healthy - but it clears if I take it slow and persevere. Do you recommend your product?

NeilMed Sinus Rinse has been used successfully by a number of scuba divers to help equalize their ears. It should definitely help with your situation.
