I acquired Sinus Rinse Kit & Neti Pot from Singapore. Have been suffering from blocked ear for 10 weeks. Doctor said that Eustachian Tube is blocked. Has prescribed Telfast-D and Flunisolide 0.025 percent Nasal Spray. Used Neti Pot once and was very good. Should I continue? Can I use Sinus Rinse also.

If you still have blockage in your ear, please do not do a sinus rinse without first consulting your doctor. Once the blockage has cleared, sinus rinsing is safe and may even help you avoid future ear problems.
