How many solution packets do I use per 8 oz sinus rinse bottle?

Dear Melissa,Please use one Sinus Rinse Mixture packet per 8 ounces of bottled, distilled, or previously boiled and cooled water. You can also use two mixture packets to make a hypertonic, or extra strength, solution; however, if this is your first time using Sinus Rinse, we recommend starting with just one packet.
