How can I treat sinus rebound? I have over used the Sinus medication in Afrin nasal spray (.05% oxymetazoline hydrocloride). Im using a Neti pot and saline spray - but relief is temporary and my sinuses eventually block again. I cant sleep more than an hour or so at a time because of this.

You have developed a condition called Rhinitis Medicamentosa. Please read about it. There is a company that sold a kit at point and I am not sure how far they are with this venture. The principle was to keep diluting the Afrin or other decongestants gradually till you reach a zeroconcentration so your nose lining or mucosa gets time to recover.
