Hi - so when I rinsed my sinuses today with the Neilmed squeeze bottle - the water was colder than I tend to use.I didnt microwave it long enough - does the water have to be warm even if its filtered water?

Warm water that is tolerable is only for the purpose of comfort. Anything too cold may create a discomfort.
