Hi - I have just a FESS & am about to travel on a plane to a cruise. I am douching using NeilMed rinse (great stuff - thank you) & I wondered if there was any other product you could recommend to help avoid infection while travelling so soon after surgery. I can understand your concern. My suggestion is to do rinse with our suggested method and take usual precautions to avoid catching cold and in particular washing hands as per guidelines.
