I have seen eye doctor many times about issue she said my eyes are 20 20 I have seen ENT specialist he said I have deviated septum can this be caus

Pain could be from nasal and sinus causes as well as dental causes. Unless one examines and goes over all the details, it will be difficult for me to make any specific comments.
