Hello - I use your product twice every day - but cant manipulate the square packets well. How can I make sure Im buying the oblong packets (sometimes even the oblong packets show the square ones on the box)? Thanks.

Please cal our office for the tubular packets. In six months from today, we will not ship any square packets. We are phasing it out.
