Hello-I have recurring problems with bottles melting in microwave and have had 2replacements with same result despite reducing time in microwave. Customer services advised using lower power then advised using white vinegar to disinfect bottle. My concern is that this is enough to destroy bacteria as my son is using sinus rinse following surgery

It seems that your microwave may be very powerful or you may be using it after the use for other stuff. We will test few bottles in the microwave and send you. Please call the office and give us your address. Try it for 60 to 90 seconds and se if it works better. Vinegar is an alternative. We are trying to develop a solution so there may be no need for the microwave.
