First - thank you for providing this service! I am a new user having purchased the kit with the squeeze bottle. The rising procedure seems to follow the pattern stated other than I get NO solution in my throat or mouth at any time. Am I doing something incorrectly? Your suggestions are appreciated.

You are using the system correctly. When used properly, chances of solution reaching the back of the throat are very small.
