Dr. Mehta - is it necessary to use the sinus rinse in both nostrils? My congestion typically occurs in my left sinus and would like to know whether I need to rinse both sinuses or if I can use the entire 240oz in one sinus.

If you experience congestion in just one of your sinuses, I would still recommend you rinse both nasal passages to avoid developing problems in your other sinuses. In this way you are sure to wash away all excess mucus and irritants that can contribute to inflammation.
