Dr. I have had a sinus infection for about two years - antibiotics have not helped. More than a year ago I started using your nasal rinse daily - it has helped greatly ( I use distilled water) but the infection persists. I read about your nasalgel - but am unsure if it is the right product for me?!?

The best product for sinus infections is the Sinus Rinse because it flushes out the nasal passages, helping clean out excess mucus and unwanted particles that exacerbate the infection. The NasoGel is used for moisturization, so if you experience dryness in the nasal passages, this is another good item to use.
