dr has stated that i have chrontic rhinities i started using the saline to rinse out my nasal passage but i got tried of doing it. It has been over a year and i have noticed that i have lines on both side of my face where the maxillary sinus is at - it looks like i havent had efficient sleep help

Try doing the rinses again with the Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle twice a day. You might want to try using a hypertonic solution (using either two of our blue isotonic saline mixture packets or one of our green hypertonic packets)to open up your sinus passages more effectively. If it burns, go back to the isotonic solution. Make sure you do not rinse if you have a completely blocked nasal passage. And blow your nose gently after rinsing to avoid putting pressure on your ears. You should begin to have some relief within a few days.
