Does using the sinus rinse cause bloody nose?

Using Sinus Rinse should not lead to nasal bleed by itself unless you blow very hard. If you are using medications such as Warfarin or Coumadin, Plavix, corticosteroid nasal sprays, aspirin or anti-inflmmatory pills this may predispose you to a nose bleed.
