Before and now after my turbinate surgery when I irrigate through my right nostril I feel blockage and pain - but when I reverse - starting through my left - the water flows. Even so - I love the product! Thanks.

Please give some time and see what happens. At times, as the inflammation resolves you will start feeling open nasal passage on each side.
