Bad batch of bottles? I recently bought another neilmed nasal rinse starter kit because my current bottle was getting weak. The new bottle immediately flaked off paint on my hands. When the cap is screwed on tight the water will not spray out. If I loosen the cap it will spray once or twice - then the rest of the bottle cannot be used.
