Although I have only tried sinus rinsing a few times - I am suspecting that for me it would provide relief if it only could get in far enough.Any suggestions for getting the liquid into the frontal or even ethmoid sinuses or their entrances where my discomfort is? Like standing on my head - putting a J-shaped 6 tube on the end - holding the other nostril closed and my breath - or something? I dont care if it is comes out unexpectedly or I get a throat full of salty water.

For frontal sinuses, taking the rinse bottle in the hand and bending forward as much as possible and then gently irrigating may be helpful and same for the emptying it out. At times, sudden change in the position can shake off the mucus and mucus can come out. Consider trying 2 blue packets in the 8 oz. water. It is more concentrated. Avoid blowing right away and standing near the sink may soften up the mucus. Have you tried our pulsating electrical irrigator ? Please let me know. Thank yo.
