After i use NeilMed i feel my nose is still blocked n dizzy -what happened n should contine using it?

After i use NeilMed i feel my nose is still blocked n dizzy -what happened n should contine using it?

You may get temporary dizziness if you put too much pressure on the squeeze bottle or blow your nose very hard after the rinse. You should not rinse if you have a blocked nasal passage, as this can put pressure on your ears. However it is okay to rinse with a partially blocked nasal passage. If your nasal passage is blocked, you can try using a decongestant spray and then wait for about 15 minutes for it to open up before doing a sinus rinse. Please make sure to follow the instructions very carefully.
