Add my name to your long list of complaints regarding the sinugator. I returned my first purchase to Walgreens after the blue push button switch failed to operate after about 8 successful attempts. I loved the way it is supposed to work but feel hugely let down after the replacement sinugator failed to operate in about the same amount of time. (8 or 10 successful attempts) The batteries test out very well the problem is in the blue push button switch. I have used your other products for at least 15 years and have always been quite satisfied. I purchased the sinugator and employed the use of mupiricin 2% as prescribed by my Doctor using 4 packets of premixed packets in 1000 ml of water. I use distilled water. I irrigate twice daily with this solution in the 250 ml blue cup. By way of history I had septum corrected surgery several years ago followed up by more invasive surgery four years ago. The rich green colored copious drainage continues and in fact worsens over time. The use of muprocin is my last hope for recovery enough to feel comfortable being out in the public once again. The sinugator showed promise of a more comfortable and efficient way to go.However - This product it seems is universally defective. I am sorely disappointed .Ward Rawhouser
