I have had swelling - red - itching around the left eye for 3 months (on and off). I have been on antibiotics orally - used antibiotic eye drops - silver colloid eye drops - benadryl cream and capsules and nothing seems to work.....Neil Med Sinus rinse was suggested since I take Alavert D daily.
