This is my first time using the system and it went great the first time around. I did it a second time and all of the water is stuck in around my ear instead of draining out my nose. What should I do?

If you do not have any blockage in your nasal passage and air can pass through, it is possible you had your head in the wrong position during rinsing. If it is tilted too far forward the solution may go in the ears. This is not harmful and the problem should clear up on its own. Please make sure that you blow your nose gently after rinsing to avoid putting pressure on your eardrums.
