Hey Doc. If any residual solution were to be left in my sinus cavity before going to sleep - is it possible that it could result in distorted hearing the next morning? Possibly fluid in my ear? I am very careful about not blowing my nose to hard - or overly agressive irrigation. Thanks AW

Generally, if fluid gets in the ear it is because you have used too much pressure or blown your nose too hard after rinsing. If this is the case, it should disappear within a few days. If the problem persists, please consult with your physician.
