An 11 month old may be too young to do large volume saline irrigation without first consulting with your pediatrician. Generally we recommend sinus rinsing for children 4 years and older. However, you can safely use NeilMed NasaMist Saline Spray or NasoDrops saline ampoules to relieve stuffy and runny noses for babies as young as 6 months. Please follow directions carefully.
