Most of the time the solution comes out my mouth and my nose.is it normal for it to come out my nose only?

If you tilt your head in the position shown in the brochure that came with your Sinus Rinse kit (with your nose pointing toward the sink drain and your forehead horizontal to the countertop) the solution will normally come out your nose only, with just a little bit coming out your mouth. If your head is tilted back a little too far it is more likely for some solution to go down your throat and out your mouth.
