I have used your Sinus Rinse for 2 days with distilled water to relieve congestion. Directly after - my nasal passages slightly sting and I uncontrollably sneeze for most of the day. Will this pass as I use the product for an extended period of time? Or perhaps the saline packet is too strong for me & I should dilute more than recommended? Thanks.

Please do not dilute it. Dilution will lead to severe burning. At times after washing out the excess mucus, when foreign particles or particles in the air hit the nasal lining, one may sneeze as the particles touch the mucosa directly. The symptoms will go away for sure.
