More often than not 6 to 8 hours after I have irrigated - when I bend over the saline solution will run out of my nose - more than a few drops. I dont know if it is good to have the solution stay in my sinuss keeping them moist or if I should intentionally bend over after irrigating to try and rid my nasal cavities of the solution.

Yes, you should tilt your head forward and blow your nose gently after rinsing each nostril to help drain any residual solution. This is to prevent unwanted drainage later on.
