My ENT MD told me I can mix my own solution - to save money . She said the mixing instructions could be found in the box. Contrary to what she told me - I could not find the mixing ratios of Sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate with distilled water. Please give me an approximate amount of the two ingredients per 8 oz. of distilled water to use?
