I have been suffering from rhinosinisitis for over 3 months now and Im on mometasone and there are still no improvements infact I feel as though I have gone back instead of moving forward. What product would you suggest to make me more comfortable and affective?

The best product for you is the Sinus Rinse Squeeze Bottle. You should rinse once to twice daily. Any improvement will occur only if done habitually. However, this is a therapy for the symptoms, not a cure.
