Hello doctor - I have nasal septum deviation and I have done a surgery unfortunately - it was not successful and I still have a deviation . I would like to ask you if a second surgery is necessary or not and if it can be successful or not . Thank you in advance

Whether another surgery would be successful or not would be up to your ENT physician to evaluate based on your scans and medical notes. There is never really a guarantee of a cure for sinus surgery. It is also a good idea to get a second opinion from another sinus surgeon on whether another surgery would be helpful.
