When I was Microwaving my Sinus Rinse kit to sterilise it like the instructions said I should - the bottle melted.I didnt even get to use it once. why did this happen?

I apologize for this inconvenience. Some microwaves are stronger than others. We recommend microwaving for 60-90 seconds. It is also important that there are water droplets in the bottle before microwaving. This is necessary for sterilization to occur. Please call customer service at 1-877-477-8633 to get a replacement bottle.
