I have used the sinus rinse for years and always had good results. I am now pregnant and have constant congestion. I used the rinse to help and I got so lighted headed I collapsed and broke into a cold sweat. I didnt do anything different than normal?

This should not happen from the nasal irrigation, but perhaps from the position you were standing in. Try to stand upright as you lean over the sink as lightheadedness can commonly occur during pregnancy.
