I regularly use your nasal rinse - but Im not sure if Im understand if I am doing it correctly. Im am not sure WHICH nasal passage is the one I JUST RINSED; is it the nostril INTO WHICH I sprayed saline - or the nostril OUT OF WHICH the saline flowed? If I sprayed saline into my RIGHT nostril - should I turn my head LEFT & blow the RIGHT nostril?

In a way, both passages are being rinsed to some extent. However, to determine which side to tilt towards, tilt to the side that the Sinus Rinse bottle was pressed against.
